Booking policy
How cancellations, date changes, no-shows, payment proofs, and confirmed room releases are handled by the hotel reservations team.

Venue and event cancellations depend on date, setup requirements, catering, staffing, and external vendor commitments. The reservations team will confirm event-specific cancellation terms before final confirmation.
Date changes are treated as a request. The hotel will review availability, room category, rates, payment status, and any operational constraints before approving a new date.
Uploading a transfer receipt does not by itself confirm a reservation. Staff must verify the transfer, match the payment to the booking, and update the reservation status.
Where a refund is approved, timing depends on bank processing, payment method, internal review, and the details attached to the reservation. Guests may be asked to provide account details for reconciliation.
